Competence management and educational methodology

Competences are the basis of the way we function. Their descriptions are necessary for training, additional training, evaluation, assessment, recruitment and job profiles. The Expertise Centre for Technical Theatre has accumulated a great deal of expertise in writing clear, transparent and universally transferable descriptions for the sector of technical theatre. These descriptions can be used at different levels and by different types of users.
In the context of various national and international projects, the knowledge center develops tools to deploy the competence descriptions in various situations.
